To cater for this, there has been a rise in short-form video content on social media platforms, like Instagram and Facebook reels and YouTube shorts. This doesn’t mean you can never use long-form video content, but keeping this trend in mind when creating your digital marketing content strategy will ensure your business is moving with the times.

Use your various social media platforms to find out what clients are saying about your school or the international education industry as a whole, and really listen to what problems they have. Track where your business is mentioned and respond to feedback and queries in a timely fashion. This personalised approach is trending in 2023 and is a great chance to become more connected with both current and potential clients.
